We specialise in high-quality embroidery and printing techniques, including screen printing, heat transfer, (DTF) Direct to film and direct-to-garment (DTG) printing. The best method depends on your design, fabric type, quantity required and intended use.

3. Can I supply my own clothing for branding?

Sorry no. We no longer accept customer supplied garments. We understand the garments we use and know how to produce best quality decoration on these garments.

4. Is there a minimum order quantity?

No, we accept orders of all sizes, whether you need a single customised item or bulk orders for a business, team, or event. Discounts may be available for larger quantities.

5. Can I see a sample of my design before production?

Yes! Where applicable, we will create a digital mock-up or an embroidered sample for approval before final production. This ensures you are happy with the design before your order is completed.

6. How long does it take to receive my order?

Our standard turnaround time is 7-14 days, including production and shipping. If you need an express service, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

7. What file format do you need for my logo or design?

For the best results, we prefer high-resolution PNG, JPEG, AI, EPS, or PDF files. If you’re unsure, our design team can assist with formatting.

8. Can I order different sizes and colours within one order?
